Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, SHW Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, SHW Age Groups: Teen, Junior, Submaster: 33-39, Master: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+ Awards: 1st through 3rd in all divisions, Open division is done by weight class, Teen, Junior, Submaster, and master divisions are done by age group and Reshel formula, Best lifter awards given for Women’s Open, Master’s, Men’s Open Lightweight (114-198), and Men’s Open Heavyweight (220-SHW)
Best Team – Team roster must be in by January 3, 2010. No additions or substitutions may be made after this date. Entry Fees: $60 for each event (see events), $55 for each additional division per each event. $60 for each team. After January, 1 2010 Entry fees are doubled, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
Misc. Info: One piece lifting suit required per APF rules. You MUST have a current APF card to lift. Cards may be purchased at weigh ins ($30 for individual cards $40 for an APF/AAPF card.)You may duplicate the entry forms and distribute to your friends.
