Rack Pulls, just below knees. 225/315/405/495/575x1reps. 600xmiss. Miss on the grip.

DE BENCH: Almost ready for the meet. Saturday, OCT. 6th 2007.
bar/95/135/155x10x2reps. paused. One grip only, that being competition grip.
Narrow Grip bench. Paused. 185/225/265/225x3reps. Felt good at 265 for 3.
DB floor Presses. 2 sets to failure around 10 reps. I really like this movement, just hard to find floor space in the DB room.
Racks, Comp. Grip 225/275/295/315/345x1reps. low ROM.

weighing in at 208lbs. I need to lose 3lbs in the next few weeks. Then it will not be that hard to make it down to the 198s.

WEEK 11 START: 10.8.07 Monday. Squats, belted and comp. style. 135/185/225x3reps. 315/365/405/430x1reps. No problem. Will open at 430lbs.
GMs, wide stance, onto the pins. More like a back lift. 225/315/365/405x2reps. Belted at 365.
Back Raises 45 degrees. With a plate behind back.

Lat Work. OUT.
THURSDAY 10.11.07 DL Week 11. Worked up to single. DL conv. 135/225/315/add belt/405/495/585x1reps. 600xmiss. 600 was clearly above the knees. I barely missed right at the top. I will hit this at the meet. This is my opener.
Rack Pulls, Mid Shin 405/495/585x1reps.

worked up. 405/495/535x1reps. w/ belt.
READY FOR THE MEET.
I will lift on Monday and Tues, just to keep my mind in the game.
Strict deit from here out. I will have to dehydrate and hit the sauana to make weight. Don't know if I will wiegh in meet day, or Friday.
OPENERS: 430, 280, 600 @ 198LBS.

Floor Press, Barbel, Comp. Grip 135/185/225/275x2reps. easy and FAST.
Now just need that speed off my chest.
BEST PART IS MY BODYWEIGHT was 203lbs this morning.
I am in striking distance to 198.
